MAKING A MORE PRODUCT-FOCUSED EXPERIENCE

BLANK PIECE OF PAPER

When designing a new Product Landing Page, a lot of things come to play. You need to design a news product filter system, a new hierarchy for product data, a flag is something is on discount or new, and let’s not forget the SEO text. This was a big project to tackle and the start point was pretty rough to put it lightly, so we had some challenges ahead. But on the bright side, we can start with a blank piece of paper.

REQUIREMENTS

Step by step we iterated on the first design sketch we had. It took a lot of user tests, A/B tests to land on the design we see on the left. Because we started from a blank sheet designing, development-wise we could start with the same blank sheet, which in the end helped reduced our page loading time, a true win-win situation.
